  Wouldn't think of choosing anyone else. In all my recent hires the cars have been clean, current and efficient. (and vans) The staff are always friendly, knowledgeable and courteous, explaining things fully and well. At all stages of collection and drop off, even at a different site, there have been no issues whatsoever. Why would I not use them again?

  Terrible customer service! Hired a van to pick on the 17th April from 12pm to 5:30pm - longer than I need but I was only using the van for a short period and wasn’t sure exactly when I could pick it up. I phone the branch to say I would be late in picking it up and was advised this would be no issue at all. Went to pick up the van only to be told it was hired to someone as I was late - despite me phoning and being told that would be fine! Was told that the manager phoned and left a voicemail but somehow I never received any missed calls or voicemails. At that point I was told I would be issued a full refund. Waited a number of days before chasing on the 29th of March, was told they would look into it and would get back to me on what’s happening with the refund. After hearing nothing since then I again phoned today only to be told head office had rejected it the refund and it would need to be resubmitted. This would take up to another 10 working days to process! So not only do Enterprise hire out vans you’ve already paid for out from under you, they also do everything it seems not to give you your money back.

  I've hired cars from the same Rutherglen agency a few times over the past few years and I've never been disappointed. This time wasn't any different. The staff were friendly, professional, helpful and efficient at both pick up and drop off (thanks Fraser for the quick drop off process and chat, much appreciated!). Customer service is always on point! Thanks to the whole team!

  I had a great experience with Enterprise Rent-A-Car in Rutherglen. I originally booked a compact car (Ford Focus or similar), but at the counter, I was offered an upgrade to a Ford Kuga for just £24, which I felt was a very good deal and definitely worth it for the added comfort and space. The staff were extremely patient, helpful, and took the time to answer all of our questions clearly. Their customer service really stood out and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. We also had a small issue with the car key battery running low during our travel, but the team handled it professionally. They guided us to get it replaced at another shop and ensured we received a refund for the expense without any hassle. Overall, it was a great experience and good value for money. I would happily choose them again.
